What a fun day! 25 awesome women braved the rainy weather to have some fun with their car yesterday at the inaugural Avants Driver Skills Ladies Day at Emerald Downs.
Avants Off-Road Camping Trip to Funny Rocks
The Avants Off-Road crew embarked on a grand camping adventure last weekend. The plan was set to meet at Safeway in Enumclaw and navigate to Funny Rocks then camp under the stars.
Our First Year
What a year! As some of you know, Avants officially launched last year on September 6th, 2018 - that was the day that we introduced the Standard and Charter membership packages.
Avants & The Art of Racing in The Rain
Special opportunity for 10 lucky Charter Members to see a private screening of The Art of Racing in The Rain with the author, Garth Stein. Avants has been given a very limited number of tickets to a private screening this Saturday, August 10th at 7:00 PM in Bellevue.
RADwood PNW
Car shows are more fun when you’re listening to Hall & Oates! Simple as that. RADwood PNW was one of those car shows you remember. And not just because of the cars (or the music)….. let’s talk about those fantastic 80s/90s outfits! From leisure suits to zubaz pants, the PNW really brought their fashion A-game.
Avants Off-Road, Naches Trail
The Avants Off-Road crew tackled the Naches Trail on Sunday. Absolutely perfect weather. The trail was bit gnarly in places, but everyone made it home safe and sound thanks to Lance and Jim! Those Subaru Crosstreks definitely impressed quite a few folks on the trail.
Charter Member Photo Shoot
Another Avants Charter Member photo shoot is in the books. There must be something in the water, because we had five BMW M-cars at last Saturday’s shoot, all from different generations (E46 M3, E92 M3, F80 M3 Competition, M2 Competition and an F90 M5)
AvantsFest 2019
What a day! From the wet skidpad to the AvantsKart photo booth, there was something for everyone at the inaugural AvantsFest. You know that people are enjoying themselves when the water truck driver asks to go for a ride on the wet skidpad!
NW Overland Rally
The NW Overland Rally, the biggest off-road rally in the Pacific Northwest, took place last weekend in Plain, WA, about 2 hours east of Seattle. This was the first major event sponsored by Avants Off-Road. Naturally, we were excited and eager to meet with fellow enthusiasts and have some fun, Avants Off-Road style! .
PNW WagonFest 2019
Sea of wagons! Thanks to everyone that made the 3rd annual PNW WagonFest such a huge success! Great people and and amazing wagons! Such great variety from the 70’s Buick Grand Estate with the clamshell tailgate to the Nissan Stagea (from British Columbia). Just an amazing day!
Avants Off-Road Gaia Tech Session & Drive
Thanks to Michael Smith from King County Search & Rescue for a teaching us all about how to use Gaia GPS. And thankfully, no one got lost!
