We’re excited for the first official Avants track day on Saturday, April 6th at The Ridge Motorsports Park. This is a fully coached HPDE event with groups from Beginner to Advanced.

We are partnering with the crew from Hooked on Driving. These guys run a great program. You’ll get plenty of seat time and fantastic coaching. We’ll be splitting up into 3 different run groups. If you’ve never done a track day, this is a perfect opportunity to try it out.

The cost is $340 for Novice (w/ coach). $255 for Intermediate/Advanced (no coach).

JUST ADDED…..PARADE LAPS. We just added an option for Parade Laps, which consists of 20 minutes of driving around the track at slower speeds. This is a great opportunity to check out The Ridge track without the risk. No helmet required. Cost is $25. Includes lunch. Avants members only please.

Note that you do not need to purchase a Hooked On Driving membership. You will be required to create a Hooked on Driving account, but you do not need to purchase a membership.

FAQ

  • Are passengers allowed? Passengers are allowed in the car for Intermediate & Advanced drivers. All passengers must wear a helmet and sign the waiver.

  • Do I need a helmet? Yes, you will need a helmet. You can rent them at the track for $25. Note: You do not need a helmet for “Parade Laps”

  • Is lunch provided? Yes, lunch is provided.

  • Can I invite a friend who wants to drive (and is not an Avants member)? Yes, however, the 15% off coupon is only for Avants members. They must register/pay individually .

  • What if I need to cancel? Do I get my money back? If you cancel 45 days out, you get a full refund. 15-45 days before an event, you will get credit. 8-14 days before an event, there will be a 50% refund issued for event fees. The refund issued may be either back to the original method of payment, or as an HOD credit code for a future HOD event. 7 days or less before the event, or are a no show at an event, all event fees will be forfeited
