 Dash display I was wondering do any members know of the company that made the lcd dash displays... I think this would be an easy replace if the display could be ordered. I was told that it could be bought and even in different colors.

Re: Dash display just the center LCD display that is right between the speedo and the rpm guage. that 2" x 3" red display that always fails on peoples audis...

Seems that the only real fix is to replace the whole dash display. Although I did read about a place in Germany that fixes them, however it would require you send your dash display to Germany to be fixed. With the cost & shipping it didn't seem like a practical solution.

Re: Dash display I met a guy with an A6 who stated that he found out the manufacturer for that part and contacted them directly. His LCD display is now vivid blue and the info comes up in black.
He did say he had to order in larger quantities - $40.00 got him 50 of them. Didnt have time to get his name, the companies name etc.
